CANCER

Cancer is also called as killer cancer because it is the most deadly disease. Cancer is of many types such as breast cancer, lung cancer, cervical cancer, pancreatic cancer and leukemia. Lung cancer is described as ‘soul destroying’ and about 80% of the lung cancer victims die within the first year. Cancers with best survival rates are breast and leukemia. Most cancers can be treated with the help of surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy and some are cured on the basis of its specific type, stage and location.
